How often can you use #80/#83?

With all the talk about getting out swirls with the DA and #83/#80, how often can you actually smooth out the paint before you run out of clearcoat? Example would be your daily driver which you wash every week, but there are always a few swirls on the hood due to random dust while you're outside drying etc. (I wash with a clean MF mitt and dry with a clean waffle and large MF everytime.) Can you actually use #80 every week to get rid of these few swirls?
