How can I get my hands on a Meguiar's banner?

I see quite a few pictures that people have posted in which they have Meguiar's banners in their garage.

How do I get one/some?

Ask Joe (Joe's Detailing). He's been able to get two of them.

The trick is to order enough product from ADS ($500).

I had one, but sold it to Bad Brad (old forum member).

Meguiar's does not sell the banners. They are for commercial accounts. The banners themselves are very expensive (~$180 each) and extremely difficult to get a hold of... Here is a quote from Brian Hann of Meguiar's

Banners for instance are somewhere around $180 a piece and we get dozens of requests for them. Our Pro Sales staff are really careful with who they give these to. I promise we are not just giving you the run around they are truly hard to come by.

I really don't think Rick at (ADS) hands them out to just anyone...
I've spent $1000 in 07 and $187 this year already.
Contacting Meguiar's directly won't get you anywhere, their distributors have a hard time getting them, cost is reason # 1.
