  • Ultimate wipe question

I noticed that the M9910 Professional Ultimate Wipe Detailing Cloth is available on ADS.

How does this differ from the traditional yellow Meguiar's microfiber towels like the X2010?

I like the yellow microfibers a lot. Just wondering why I should order some Ultimate wipes on my next order.

    Thanks.
It's only weird because it's not normal

You should order Ultimate Wipes in your next order because they are awesome. Besides that, they are awesome.

Lol. The Ultimate Wipe is smaller than the SSMF, but I would say it has more bite to it. It works particularly well IMO for removing polishes and waxes, and dried on bugs that you have sprayed QD on.

Did somebody say they are awesome? I thought I heard murmurs, but I wasn't sure. I'm in the same boat as Aaron, I have never tried them, but hear they are great!!

They are the best microfiber available. At any price. Now they're so INEXPENSIVE!
If I didn't already own 700 of them I'd be inclined to BUY MORE.

          ...And, yes- They are AWESOME!

Awesome is a very fitting word - they could just as easily be called "Awesome Wipes". I had never used them before getting involved in the Alpine Electronics buff out project and that's all we used there. I have to agree with Lydia.

I made the mistake of ordering 9 Supreme Shine microfibers and 3 Ultimate Wipes. I should of done it the other way around! They work incredibly well for quick detailing, awesome on as a wipe-off cloth, a duster, or anything! I currently use the $1 microfibers from ADS for the 'dirty' work, the yellow Supreme Shine microfibers for 'general' paint work such as removing polish/wax/quick detailing when the car is slightly dirty, and the Ultimate wipes are for final wipedown/finishing. They are that good!

                    Re: Ultimate wipe question

I used one for the first time the other day and it seemed to do really well. Slid over the paint nice and smooth and left a nice clear shine behind.... Or maybe that was UQD.. Hard to tell.

Im not sure what the difference between a SSMF and a regulars MF really are. If I had to guess the fibers are even smaller?

This is an old SSMF I had laying around. I had totally forgotten that I had it until the new ones came back out..
