If it were my car I'd start with PC/#80. #9 wouldn't really tackle them, especially the last photo, like you'd want, unless you used #9 with a rotary and if you haven't used one before, a PC/#80/8006 would be your perfect, safe jump point to start off with and PC/#83/8006 is next in line if you need more swirl removal.
Just a note, when you're inserting images, be sure to hit the Enter key once or twice after each image to force them into a linear line so you don't make your readers horizontal scroll.
On this forum we always say,
"You don't know what you can do until you try"
and
"Use the least aggressive product to get the job done"
So #9 might work, it really depends upon the workability or polishability of the paint and your skill level with the tools and products you're using.
Chances are good however that it won't be aggressive enough as #9 is the least aggressive cleaner/polish we offer. Another way of saying that is it's the mildest, gentlest cleaner/polish we make.
This section on the passenger side of this Lexus was done by hand with ScratchX, 3 applications applied with a lot of passion followed by DC2 followed by NXTx1
