  • Any Micro Marring pictures??

    the title says it all...i have read what micro marring is but still have no visual idea on how it look like...any1 has pics of micro marrings??

    Click on the link below and look at the picture of the black hood, the section that is in the upper left in the pictures is micro-marring caused by using a cutting pad on a DA Polisher.

    Cutting Pads with the PC - Is this a good idea?

          None of those pictures are micro-marring, the first one is swirls/scratches and the second two are rotary buffer swirls.

          Completely different than micro-marring.

          In this picture, that we linked to above, the section in the upper right hand corner on the Black Mustang is micro-marring. See how it has a uniform dull look. This was caused by a orange foam cutting pad.
