Apply wax with PC?

Some people say Wax should be applied only by hand.

But some people use PC with finishing pad to apply wax.

What is the correct procedure?

One other thing... Megs Gold Class Wax is a pure Wax? Or is it a polish/wax in one?

Hi SergioRZ,

You can apply paint cleaners, cleaner/polishes, pure polishes and all types of waxes using a PC. The PC does a better job of applying a thin, even layer. It also does a better job of working a product into the finish. Best of all, the PC never gets tired!

For applying pure polishes, polish/waxes, and pure waxes, stay around the 3.0 stetting on the PC or lower.

Applying wax, polish or any other product by hand works well, but your hand can never duplicate the polishing action of the PC.

As to your other question, Gold Class is a Polish/Wax, it contains Meguiar's rich polishing oils to create brilliant high gloss and richness to the paint, along with a blend of other ingredients to add protection.
