NXT 1 vs NXT 2- any visual difference?

For those of you that have had a chance to compare NXT V1 and V2, did you notice any visual differences between the products? Or is the difference between the two only in durability and water shedding ability?

Yes to both. Tech Wax 2.0 imparts a glossier pop, and its hydrophobic characteristics are superior to 1.0 and its durability I feel is about the same if not better.

Never got a chance to try NXT V1, but I can say that NXT 2.0 sure has more "Bling" than the original NXT. It also looks like 2.0 is holding up better. However, that could be in part to using it in conjunction with UQD. Whatever the case, it works for me!

I did a side by side in the hood of my truck. The new NXT 2.0 was more clear looking. It leaves a deep clear gloss shine. The other thing was it was more slick and smooth to the touch.

As far as durability I'll probably never know because I re-apply it long before it's gone a way.

True, as I just UQD'ed to give my ride the best touchup it can get! Now, there are many factors than can hasten reapplying any wax, but being car crazy I can't imagine letting my car sit and dirty for more than a week or so without a wash and wax and UQDing every couple of days. In this sense durability cannot be realistically determined, but that said, many have had NXT 1 last the winter, and 2.0 is much improved, therefore I think that says alot.

thanks for all the replies. I'm glad to hear there is some additional gloss/depth using v2 - v1 was already great in that area. and as far as durability that is really not a factor in my case either, I wash/detail etc. my car every weekend (no winter, 72 out today) so I never go longer than 2 weeks without a new layer of whatever lsp I am using.
