I have factory bare aluminum wheels (not sure if they are anodized or not). They are tarnished pretty badly, and need some love. I have already tried Hot Rim's metal polish with little success, even when coupled with the PowerBall. Help?

I bet they have a frosty tone!
If you want to get a nice reflection shine there's alot of work that will be involved.
google polishing metal? and you will find alot of maybe what you need to read and learn if you want to get your rims to that level of mirror shine.
