Applying Hyper Dressing to Tires

I am having hard time applying this to tires. Even at 1:1 it seems really watery and if I spray it on the tires it runs all over the places even on the rims. If I apply it to a foam pad and apply it, it still runs like crazy.

Just can't find a way to apply to tires without making a mess of the rims. Even a slight spray and it begins to start running.

Use a foam wax applicator pad dampened with the product. It usually takes a coat or two to get a uniform look. Be sure to shake the product well before pouring it off into secondary bottles.
