whats up..im steve and im looking to detail my brothers 03 neon...his car is black and has alot of swirls, it looks soo bad... and im wondering if this is enough to get alot of swirls out

gold class carwash
clay kit
deep crystal paint cleaner
NXT wax

well me and 2 of my friends are going to be doing this by hand, is that possible, and yes i know its going to be a long day...and if so what applicators would i need...

What you would actualy want is ScratchX as your paint cleaner. A couple tubes as well, so you at least each have one.

How to remove a defect by hand with ScratchX

It seems like you already know it will be rough.. but thats ok. ScratchX is not a wipe on, wipe off product. You will need to really work it in, and possibly 2-3 coats per area. And try to work in 1x1 areas.

Welcome to MOL! It does indeed Sound like you have some work to do, but reading the links Murr posted should give you an idea what can be done by hand.
