    As the title says.

With a fair bit of elbow grease, I managed to remove most of the stubborn brake dust sitting on my wheels, but not all. It is safe to dilute Wheel Brightener stronger than 4:1 for this purpose, or do I risk doing more harm than good?

I'd say you risk doing more damage than good........wheel brightener is very strong and I only use where it's absolutely necessary then if wheels are washed regularly there's no need to break out the wheel brightener......just my 2p worth though
