Is this a good choice and also, can #7 be applied by machine? I have a pc. The bottle says by hand, so I want to make sure it is able to be applied with the pc. Thanks
#7 can be used by machine, though pretty quick either way.

If the paint is old, a polishing step like #7 would be good. But you will want to do some kind of cleaning first, either with a mild cleaner or strong, whatever is needed/safe for the situation.

If the paint is well prepped, then #7 would be good to use.

If you dont like the look of the carnuba waxes (DC3, #26, #16, Gold Class), you may want to go to a synthetic instead (Nxt 2.0, Ult. Wax, #21 2.0).

You could try the #16 since you have it on a test spot/panel.

I hope it will look better after using #16 (vs. GC wax).
What is the main difference in Meg's synthetis waxes: #20 vs. #21 vs. Ult. Wax?
I saw many people are satisfied with carnauba/synthetic combo. If I used #16 and eg. #20 or #21 - which should go first - natural or synthetic?

#20 - a mild cleaner/wax, and is not purely synthetic I dont think.

Nxt 2.0 - Synthetic, hand or DA use

#21 2.0 - Synthetic, hand, DA, Rotary use

Ult Wax - Synthetic, hand or DA. Brand new really, so not a lot on it yet. Some people are saying the Ult. Wax is a bit richer of a look, while the Nxt is glossier. Can be applied in higher heats, safer on trim... Seemed nice when I used it, looked just fine I thought.

You would do synthetic first, carnuba on top. So still getting a mostly carnuba look...

I saw that #21 2.0 is marked as body shop safe:

Does this mean that it would be OK to put it on my fresh painted hood (3 weeks?)

I would be betting that is a typo...

Some painters say 30 days to cure, so you could wax in a few more days anyway, unless your painter recomended longer.

Yes, I knew that it should be like any other wax or sealant. Thanks for replies!
For now, I decided to put only #16 after #7. (I won't go over fresh paint yet). I'll do 2 coats of #16 instead of Gold Class + #16.
How long do I have to wait: 1. the #16 to dry (I'll put on the thinnest layer as possible); 2. before I put another coat?

With most of the waxes, it is ~20 minutes to dry, then remove. Could be longer if humid, etc. Have to just do a swipe and see if it comes off easy/clean. And yeah, dont put it on thick. #16 can be hard to remove if put on thick.

Waiting 15 minutes at least before the next coat is nice, or 12-24 hours for best looks.

I CANNOT give advice based on experience. However, if someone can answer this question, it may help you:

I have read that just before being shown at a competition, a coating of M7 will be applied over the LSP. It won't last, but, looks great for the show.

I only had time to briefly scan the other posts, hope this is on point.
