    I have this scratched area on the hood of my car. they are not deep, when I look with the light shining on it, the paint still shines, even in this area. what product would I use to remove this????? I have a pic of the area, but it won't let me attach it
    1982 regal limited "BLACKMAIL"( just your typical 550 hp v8 regal )
    1989 Chevy 1500 Suburban(new tow rig/daily driver)

    If its down to the primer there is no hope or if you can catch your fingernail in it. If not try scratch x.
    Don't forget to rev em high 2005 infiniti fx45, 2005 subaru outback sport se
    2000 ford ranger xlt, 2006 nissan maxima se

      it's nowhere near the primer, I can't even feel them at all my fingernail does not catch in them
      I would post the photo I have, but for some reason it wont let me

          I'm sure it will work, as they can't be felt,and paint still shines

            scratch-x sounds like the product.

            remember work in small areas. LOTS OF PASSION a.ka. elbow grease. and don't be discouraged if it takes you 3-4 passes/applications to get the results you want.
