Since I have the Deep Crystal system whats the best wax to top DC3 carnuaba wax. Should I go with NXT? And if I should can you tell me why?

Normally people who like to "top" one wax with another are usually topping a synthetic product with a carnauba. So in your scenario of using NXT and DC3 I would put the NXT down first and top it with the DC3, not the other way around. The general consensus for this thinking is that the synth will last longer so it goes down first, and the carnauba is more for looks so it should go down last.
But you don't need to top either of these, or any wax/sealant for that matter. There are those who will tell you that certain waxes or sealants look better on dark or light cars, or certain combinations look better than others. This is such a personal preference that nobody can tell you what to do. Experiment. Try a few different things. Maybe you'll find that just two thin coats of DC3 gives you everything you want and you can just stop there and enjoy driving the car.Michael Stoops

I find waxing it on a regular basis saves me from having to do 2 coats. If for long term then do 2 coats but if you someone who keeps there car waxed on a the regular basis then 1 coat of carnuaba is enough.Comment
