  • Scratch X Question

I have fine scratches on my entire car I believe from using bad microfibers towels, using too much passion, you can only see them when I use my shop light or at the right angle in the sun.

I am not going to have time to Scratch X my entire car this weekend. So I plan on doing a panel or two at a time for the next couple weekends.

After I clean my and clay the area I am going to scratch X, then scratch X that panel until I am satisfied with the results what should I do. Should I polish and wax that area only or wax the entire car, or just leave it?

    Re: Scratch X Question

Well.... You do not need to do the whole car at once. I did mine last weekend in sections. Just do the best you can on each section.
After SX you can go straight to wax or add polish if you wish. Your arm may be sore after using SX by hand.....

          Re: Scratch X Question

since this is getting quite a bit of attention, how much scratch-x would i need to do a whole car? couple tubes? or is there a larger, easier alternative, that i can buy in a larger amount?
