    i need to know how to restore the finish on my 2004 expedition. the side cladding is an ashy white color now. what can i do? that's the only thing wrong with the suv does anyone else have this problem??

      Dont worry, we'll get there...

      The best thing would be either the Gold Class Trim Detailer, or a jug of All-Season Dressing.

      It wont make it permanently black, but hopefully it will make it more gray/black for a while, and you will just have to re-apply every so often.

        well if it's the same kind of plastic that is on earlier Avalanches it might be impossible to keep looking good. http://meguiarsonline.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10235

        But cleaning it well with something like AIO and then some dressing might work for a few weeks maybe.
