    Re: better wax??

try 2 coats of #21 and then with an LSP of NXT. The Mirror finish will only be attained if you've given the car a complete clean/polish to remove the swirls and scratches from the paintwork.

Using a product such as #80 speed glaze using a DA in a small test spot on the car can help you check to see if the product is aggressive enough to remove all the marring and defects.

If all of it is not removed, the product may not be aggressive enough or you may not be practicing the proper technique, read through the many informative links on these forums for help on that.

Ive personally used Meguiar's #21 Sealant with 2 layered coats followed by a coat of NXT wax on my car and achieved fantastic results! My car is dark blue so its even more obvious then lighter coloured cars the results.

For white cars you will not be able to achieve the mirror-finish that a black car will show for the same amount of work.
