I know it's a cleaner wax and not a pure wax, but is it OK to leave on overnight?

Re: OK to leave #66 on overnight?
Meguiar's doesn't recommend leaving any wax on paint overnight or past the point after which it has fully dried.
We know there's a perception that
"If a little is good... more must be better"
That's true when it come to your bank account but not when it comes to paint care products. After the wax has dried, it's perfectly okay to remove the excess off the surface and trust that if the wax is made by a reputable company, then their chemists have formulated the wax in such a way that all of the protection ingredients that are going to remain behind and protect the paint are going to be on the surface after the recommended drying time and leaving the wax on longer will not provide a greater benefit.

okay to add to what Mike said.
i have tested all this. like i posted in a thread last week, i just got tired of all this speech of how if you leave it on for 24 hours its better etc...
so i tested 24 hours, 36 hours, 10 hours and the 45 minutes to get the swipe test.
and you know what the end result was. A PAIN IN THE NECK TO TAKE it off after 45 minutes.
and to top that off, they all looked and felt the same.
so no point, makes no difference. polish it, buff it and DRIVE IT.
