My husband and I have been married for 20 years. I want to get him a gift that says, "I love you because cars turn your head but not other women!" LOL! I need some ideas what to get him keeping in mind that the budget is tighter than a 351 in a Pinto!
Let me tell you about him. He has a 59 ford custom. This was his first car and it has been a BIG part of his life for 30 years now. He took it to his prom night and our kids rode to there prom in it also. The motor is a spotless 351 Windor and the Paint was done in 91. It looks good but the interior needs some work. He has worn the plush off the seats by cleaning it to death! All in All, it still turns heads! Across the years, He has put the car projects off because the kids needed... or we had bills.... or the house needs work. Something all the time. He goes to car shows and cruiz-ins weekly during summer and he wants to be buried in his car when he dies, If he can't take it with him, then at least have the stearing wheel removed and placed in his hands. He says that his eyes will be closed and maybe he won't know the difference. As you can tell, he is just a little CAR CRAZY!
I have bought all the adds and models that I can find on auction sites and his Meguiar's cleaning products are well stocked. I have about $100.00 to spend. can you give me some ideas?
Thanks and Blessings to you and yours,
Leann
