step 3 deep crystal wax

about how long does it take for the wax to properly cure about? because i know that nxt is about 12 hours or so. also, can anything bad happen to the paint if wax if left on the car too long?

i need this answered quick. thanks much in advance.

I believe it takes about a day(very roughly) As far as leaving it on, i dont think any thing bad will happen. But i depends on your definition of long.

You have to remember the 12 hr thing for Nxt is for absolute best looks.

If you just want to apply 2 coats of wax, then waiting 20 minutes or so is fine. Heck, you can go back to back if you have to.

Similarly, if it rains a couple hours after waxing, it isnt as if all your wax just washed off.

well, this morning it turned out great. seems that the more warmer than usual weather must have epaporated the wax off the car in the garage. i still went in and microfiber clothed the whole car, just to make sure. it turned out great. i'll post some before and after pics in a different part of the forum.
