My windshield is scratched and appears foggy, the scratches are not very deep but are swirled all over it. What would you recommend to clear it up?

Before you get a new windshield, I suggest you try PlastX. I've had pretty good results with it. If that doesn't clear it up, you may need to get a new windshield.Lydia's Mobile Detailing

Try PlastX and if its not cutting it, wetsand it. Treat it like a headlamp. Browse around the Clear Plastic Detailing forum and you'll find alot of useful information there.2005 Toyota Camry LE Phantom Grey Pearl
