Tiny holes on paint and white dots

This picture i've taken from how to remove bird droppings and scratch. I've used #80 by RO polisher. But there is tiny holes (in the picture) and white dots. can we repaired that?or it is normal? need explanation.. because i have that all over my hood.

It sure looks like "pinholing"
