Re: Quik Interior Detailer Equivalents
Isnt it true that QID leaves no UV protection? If so what is the point. Might as well use Tech Protect or #40 because its the same price per oz if you buy #40 in bulk.2005 Toyota Camry LE Phantom Grey Pearl
2001 Toyota Corolla LE Silverstream Opalescent

IMO UV protection isn't always needed on the interior, maybe a dash more than anything. I use it in step in areas, door sills, gas/break pedals and so on, works great in those areas!

Re: Quik Interior Detailer Equivalents
You could use APC/APC+ (diluted at least 10:1) but I imagine that if you do have a protectant it will remove it quicker.
My typical routine is to clean the dash and other plastics and apply a dash dressing/protectant (I'm another fan of 303) once a month. Each week when I do my wash I clean up the interior and remove any dust with QID. At the end of the month I reapply the dressing. I believe that if I were using APC instead of QID I'd probably wear down the dressing quicker.

Re: Quik Interior Detailer Equivalents
There is no direct replacement in any of the other lines we have. QID is very unique.
BTW - It does leave UV screeners behind...that is what makes it so good
We also agree..need it in larger sizes...we have heard that over and over, and the right people know
Stay tuned...you never know what might come out
