Body Slovent safe for Aluminum Wheels?

Anyone use this yet?
I was thinking of using this on my aluminum wheels but the back side of them are not Clearcoated. I want to remove some tar, road grime and light brake dust.
Any thoughts on this?

In most cases yes, but it also wouldn't normally be used for that ???

Would this be in place of a wheel cleaner ?

During the wash or just as a wipe down ?

This would just be for ocassional use. i.e.: a full detail, maybe 3 times a year.
I have a wheel cleaner that I normally use.

Hi:

I have this product and use it on the paint.

IMHO, it will be too mild for cleaning wheels.
