I recently just discovered the amazing invention that is the Microfiber towel.
I grew up washing cars 2 and 3 times a week for 18 years with my father. He certainly worked hard, but didn't use the best techniques and products using nothing but discarded old cotton bathtowels and Joy soap.
I used a Microfiber towel for the first time in my life yesterday and about fell over in amazement at how awesome they are! I purchased two Microfiber towels from my local Target (VROOM) and just used them. The biggest thing that amazed me apart from their ability to **** up a tremendous amount of water was the ability to lift it without smearing water all over the paint!
I can't tell you how many swirl marks I already put on my car just washing it 3-4 times using those old cotten towels, rubbing and rubbing trying to get that streaky water dry.
Long story short, I would like everyone's opinion on what they feel is THE Microfiber towel for the sole purpose of drying my car after washing. Thanks!
