  • Fragrances

I haven't seen anything on this site about fragrances. My personal experience with the local car washes is the stuff they use is horrible. I was driving my dad's El Dorado once and since it had leather seats, I told them to use the leather fragrance. I am not sure which in of the cow they got that fragrance from, but my dad nearly banned me from driving that car.
Many years ago when I sold auto parts, a car wash bought a lot of Sprayway from us to clean windows. I don't think it was that great a window cleaner, but boy did those cars smell nice when they were done. I think they had customers getting their cars washed when they were still clean just to get that smell.
    What do y'all use?

    Re: Fragrances

The only time my car has a fragrance smell, is after I shampoo interior. I never did understand, why people apply that stuff at car wash, or buy some spray at store to each their own....

      Re: Fragrances

I work at a car wash and the fragrance we use is just a some cheap stuff we mix with water but I find the best fragrance for a car are those car air freshners you hang from your rear view mirror.

, but maybe you can try getting some automagic fragrances. I like those and smell pretty good. the problem would be trying to get those where you live.

For the interior, try Wonder Wafers (Google it) and they will ship to you.
I recommend the April Fresh. Smell nice, not perfumey (sp) and everyone comments on the nice smell in my vehicles.
