I was wondering what pad to use to apply #7, and if I can apply on the whole truck then wipe off and apply nxt wax??

use a 9006 finishing pad for the #7 or DC#2, both products are just like moisteurizer for your skin (your paint drys out the same manner).
I find it's best to apply the polishes one panel at a time, if they dry it just makes more work to remove. -

Since #7 is basically a oil, it will not dry. It will however 'skin' over, and should be easier to remove after it does that.
I apply #7 to the entire vehicle then remove. I also apply NXT to the entire vehicle, then remove.
