How Do You Care for the High-Tech Foam Applicator Pad?

Can I just stick it in the washer? How do I clean it? Thanks in advance. This is the yellow one btw that comes with Gold Class wax.

Normally, I just use some Dawn, give a good massage, then rinse everything out with warm tap water.

I throw mine in the washer along with my microfiber cloths, i wash it on hot and dry with low heat

I clean them with Dawn, rinse them out, and then put them in the washer. BTW, do not put Dawn in the washing machine. That would not be a good thing at all. Think suds, lots of suds!

Same here, sometimes if they are really dirty, (from wheel wells and tires) I treat them some a APC+ before I wash them, works pretty well..

Same here, sometimes if they are really dirty, (from wheel wells and tires) I treat them some a APC+ before I wash them, works pretty well..

I use dish washing liquid too, but APC That's a neat idea!

I just put them in the washer with the other car towels that I use. And when drying them I just put them in the dryer without a dryer sheet.

I wash mine on the gentel cycle with my microfiber also.

The foam applicator pads appear to have two different type of foam in them. The side that has the logo looks to be a more open cell structure so does it make a difference which side is used?
