  • Clear coat on polished wheels

Can anyone tell me if the clear coat on polished wheels is essentially the same as on the car's paint? I have some very light scrathing in the clear coat of my polished wheels. I was going to use some Meg. polish to remove them but some folks are telling me I'll remove the clear coat and I'll remove the clearcoat and paint from my car too...that's obvoisly bunk. But I thought I'd see if there is any differnce between the clear coats. Thanks

If your wheels are clear coated you can treat them the same way you would the clear coat on your cars paint.

Obviously you dont want to use a super strong cleaner that could make things worse, for wheels or your car. But working by hand, ScratchX would be a good choice.

Remember it needs worked in with a good amount of passion.
