  • Death to cobwebs

I finally plunked down the money for a PC. Those cobwebs on my car don't stand a chance now I was just wondering what product(s) would work best. The marks have mainly been caused by bad drying techniques and someone used a swirl remover when the car was NEW!!!

List of products I have currently: (I will buy all that it takes)
    The Deep Crystal Series
    ScratchX
    ColorX
    #9 Swirl remover
    #7 Glaze
    #26
    NXT

i think that will do what you have... start with a paint cleaner... and after that try the swirl remover and check again...

here's my recomendation to you, Buy #80 #82 and #83

start out with 80, if it gets rid of your swirling stick with it

if that doesn't work use #82, if all else fails then use #83.

Meguiars recommends using the least abbrasive product as possible to get rid of your problem, on my 03 mach 1 I went to #83 right away, but it I did all over again, I'd use #80 and keep trying until something works.

        i recommend......

        hi,and welcome.

alltough i'm not so familiar with the prof.products of meguiars,i can strongly recommend #83 dual action cleaner polish, this is a must have!(at least:tha's what i think)

now you have a pc,you could start with what you have,
        for example:

        -deep crystal paint cleaner,
        -swirl remover,
        -deep crystal polish,
        -nxt tech wax,
and if you have your car garage kept,
let the nxt coat set for 12 to 24 hours, and apply another layer of next.
i'm shure you'll love the deep shine on your black car.
btw,i know this might sound stupid, but just in case:
wash your car before you wax!
like i said, just to prevent misunderstanding.
        have fun,

        Rick

#83 DEFINATELY!!! Once you get the hang of using #83, you can literally do a two step on your car and look like you spend days working on it.

Since DAPC has the diminishing abrasives, if you keep working it, it becomes such a fine polish that if there are any marks left at all, they will be super fine and barely noticable...even under close inspection.
