I have a 2007 Dodge Charger Daytona. The hemi decal on the hood was (regrettably) waxed with Gold Class paste. The original matte finish now has an uneven sheen. How do I remove this and get it back to the original condition?

Re: Remove wax from Hemi decal
I am not familliar with this decal. Is it like a matte vinyl? If so I would think some vinyl/rubber cleaner would do the trick. You left out licking the water off. Oh, wait a minute, that's my cat, not my car. Uh, I mean my cat licks himself dry. I don't lick my cat dry. Or my car. -PC.

The below product is not a product formulated for or intended for application to decals, but vinyl, plastic and rubber. However, decals appear to react very well to the product and at this point in time you don't have a lot of options.
