Winter Salt Killing My Car!!!!

Hey Everyone,

I just moved up North. The salt on the roads is killing my car so I ran it through a car wash to get some of it off. The car wash put some hot wax **** on my windshield and I don't know how to get it off. Any suggestions?

Clay should work. You might try Isophropol Alcohol too. If those fail a Scotch Bright Pink pad with some glass cleaner should remove any grime or wax.

Even just clay, and a glass cleaner applied with a cloth should work.

There is a great product called Salt-A-Way that is used within the marine industry and we use this on vehicles of all kinds! Little word of advise...after using the product, clean, clay and add protection to your painted and exposed surfaces! Hope this helps!
