  • wax durability

i just bought a car recently. I've read from threads that waxes like NXT tech wax will last probably around 4 washes. IF i do not put any wax on it, how long will the wax stay when it was first manufactured? if i continue to wash w/o waxing, will it eventually be wax free to the point where my paint can be damaged?

We can probably go ahead and say there is no wax on it now.

I would wash and wax it, then you know for sure that it is done properly. Don't rely on the fact that the dealer may have done a decent wax job.
