What goes well with #66

I am i the process of building up an array of Meguiars products for my detailing business, which is still in its beginning stages. I currently have and use #66 for a simple wash and wax package and combine it with #83 for those cars that might have seen a long time between waxes and/or have minimal contamination or oxidation. I want to expand my options for my customers, but with so many meguiars products, it's hard to know which will be the best for each job.
Specifically, I'm looking for something that I might use on really damaged cars, that need a lot of attention, and whether or not I should combine this with #83. Also I'm looking for a final coat for customers who really want to bring out the shine. And finally, if I'm claying (which I have no experience with yet) what is the best product to be able to get it a larger quantity and where in these steps should that take place.

Do you use a Dual Action or a Rotary? #83 is about all the more aggressive your going to get from a dual action. If rotary, sorry I have no experience with that yet.

Also I'm looking for a final coat for customers who really want to bring out the shine. I really like #26 on dark paint. You might want to check into #21 as well.

And finally, if I'm claying (which I have no experience with yet) what is the best product to be able to get it a larger quantity and where in these steps should that take place. For clay lube I use Last Touch cut 1:1. Works great, smells great and is only about $15 per gallon. So cut at 1:1 you get 2 gallons.

I have a heard a lot regarding 26 and 21 as well. 26 seems to get a little better reviews, but almost always it is said to go well with dark colored cars, what about lighter colored cars.

So that would be W9006 Finishing Pad. I would use the yellow pad W8006 Polishing Pad. Sometimes #83 will leave slight marring behind so it wouldn't hurt to follow up with #80. If you have never used #80 it's a great product, very rich in polishing oils so it has a good amount of working time. Here's a like to a chart of the different compounds. If you look in the 'Cut Meter' section you will see that #83 is listed as a 6. That's the highest one that I see listed for use with a DA. Understanding the Professional Line

I have a heard a lot regarding 26 and 21 as well. 26 seems to get a little better reviews, but almost always it is said to go well with dark colored cars, what about lighter colored cars. I have a real hard time getting 'knock your socks off' results with white or light colors. Most of the time I will use #21 on the light colors. Maybe someone else can add to the light color wax question.

When working with the DA the best and most aggressive setup that I would safely recommend is a yellow 8006 pad and #83 DACP. From there #80 with either a yellow 8006 pad or a tan 9006 finishing pad also works well stand alone or following something more aggressive. There are a lot of other options that work well, those are just the one I use frequently.

Both are great products. I have used both and have both in my arsenal. I find myself using #21 on both dark and light colored cars. You mention your starting a business, the size, price, ease of application and removal, and results make #21 a great versatile product. If I were to have to pick one, I would grab #21 without hesitation.

Thanks Blue Zero, with the table on understanding the professional line and those threads you put links to, I learned a lot more about meguiars products and how to use them. I used 83 and didn't exactly get the results I was looking for, but after reading those links I can definitely see why and know what to do different, thanks a lot.
