NXT tire foam

on sale at big lots for 2.50. i was wondering if anyone's had any experience with this stuff. can't find it in the product list. also, step 3 is on sale for 4.00

I never tried the stuff but they say to use it before applying Insane Shine.

I've used it...

I clean my tires with APC and a toothbrush.
