Odd reaction with #21

So I did a friends car yesterday(trust me this thing needed help) its an 05 Red Civic. but anyway I went to get my finishing pad and i noticed it was damp and well I put #21 on it to apply and it seemed like it was extremely wet and getting water everywhere. I tried to squeeze it all out in a microfiber towel which eventually worked. But it was odd when i poured my #21 out of the bottle it seemed water spots would appear.. I shook it real well. So it seems like it was almost watery.. but the results on the car were still beautiful. So what can I say? It was just odd.

You put #21 on a damp finishing pad?

If after shaking the M21 it is not uniform in appearance, then call Customer Care and site this thread.

Slightly... all i have to say is I still got amazin results. just had to work out most of the water and it still seemed the #21 was like water.
