OK...picked upa bottle when I ordered some other goodies from megs...now what do I do with it?? I have two new vehicles and one old to mess around with...use it on new head light "lenses"? I thought I heard you can use it on dash guage covers/lenses?? info??

I bought a used '02 4runner and the instrument panel's plastic lenses and a few scratches. The Plastx took the scratches right out. I have a '96 corvette that had a haze over the third brake light. I used the Plastx on it and restored it the a shine again. It works real good and I am happy that I found it.

plastx is greta stuff and is gentle on the plastic.It made my plastic crystal clear.

I've also used PlastX to repair scratched CDs and DVDs. It's great stuff!

Use it on a new car as well shines the plastic up very well!

so I take it that it isn't too abrasive...does it offer protection?? I usually coat my headlight lenses with NXT..is the PlastX like a mild polish and I need to protect after with NXT??

I used plastx on instrument panels and now have smears all over, did I use too much and how can I remove it? i tried water and glass cleaner but it's still there

I have had that problem with the mirror glaze plastic polish but not plastx?!?! ...I had to apply another small amount of polish to remove the smears. I found I had applied to much product the first time.

I used it on my truck's bug deflector and it worked awesome!
