  • Last Touch dilution?

    Hello all,

I am a little confused on the dilution of Last Touch Spray Detailer. On the announcement for the new detailer line http://meguiarsonline.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2131 it says ready to use dilute 1:1 for claying, but on ADS is says that its a concentrate. So what I am wondering is what would be the dilution rate to make it like quick detailer, is it still 1:1 or something else like 4:1?

    Does that make sense?

    Thanks in advance

For a quick detailer it's ready to use. If you want to use if for claying, then mix it at 1:1. It's too slick for claying with out dilution.

Okay thanks. Have you used the product before? If so do you think it is as good or better than Quik Detailer?

      Thanks for the reponse

I like Last Touch. I like how it smells also.
I tend to use Last Touch more because I have more of it.
But both LT and quik detailer is great.

I've only used Quik Detailer once. And after the first time I used Last Touch, I went and bought a gallon of it. I really like. As MTBPATH said, the smell is great also. I find myself just spraying it in the air sometimes for a air freshener in the garage.

Jumping in... I use Last Touch as well great product IMO better than Quik Detailer, I like the idea of diluting for claying and yes the smell is great!

With Last Touch you will find it is very slick and you will get a better looking surface over the consumer Quik Detailer... LT seems to add too the over all look. Last Touch seems a little more 'picky' and streak so, for best results apply it to a cool surface in the shade and a little goes a long ways keep that in mind when using it and you will be set!

I cut it down 4-1 to use it as a q/d and 1-1 as a clay lube and ive had no problems.I really like last touch alot and the smell is very tropical.A gallon goes along way and is a great deal for the price.I will never be without it.
