solo rotary backing plate foam failure: after only four full scratch and swirl removals my backing plate foam failed.whats up whith that.looking for answer???

im accually working on oem paint, i know this is for new paint but the results that i get after a complete wet sanding followed by the solo with my rotary and then #80 with the da have been flawless every time.
