M#20 Can it be applied under direct sunlight? not summer weather....

Can M20 be applied under SunLight, or better off in the shade?

has anyone applied M20 under the sun, it is Winter here so I'm not talking about 70 degree Farht. weather.
It is between 35-45 degree Farht. here...

also, does M20 have the anti swirl effect, what I mean is that is it similiar to NXT Liquid wax in that it hides light swirl marks?

and M20, is it far easier to wax off by hand than NXT Liquid?
I' have used ColoRx before and that is very easy to wipe off by hand.

M20 is probably one of the easiest waxes in the world to wipe off, it does have some swirl filling ability as does any quality wax or paint protectant.

Yes you can apply it in the sun in your situation, when it's not a good idea to apply and paint care product made in the world is on the hood of a black car in full sun in August in Arizona.
