Canadians can't order from MOL??

I just noticed that MOL only ships to the US. Has it always been this way?? MOL tells me to go to the Canadian Meg site & that site says it doesn't sell online!

True, Meg Canada doesn't sell online anymore, I think I was among their last customers.

eshine.ca does sell some Meg stuff, but far from everything.

I can get most "liquid" type of products at CT, WM, or Parts Source but no one carries the accessory type stuff. (Brushes/towels/MF etc) I'm also going to be buying a G-100 soon and was considering the lifetime warranty MOL offers.

NAPA is the place to go. Canadian Tire only has a few products for paint care
( gold class, nxt, DC 1 2 and 3, A12, ScratchX, ColourX, M09, M02, M07, M06)


You can try ordering the G100 from NAPA, because they can order things from Meguiar's Canada. Also I think that you can call Meguiar's Canada and order directly from them. PM me if you need the number.

IIRC, Autodetailingsolutions.com also ships to Canada and their prices are pretty good.

Auto detailing solutions doesn't do international orders any more. They just cancelled my order. Napa or Lordco are good but I think the prices will shock you. If Meguiar's Canada is reading this, Canadians, need an affordable online provider. My price for one 8006 pad at Lordco is $24 Cad $21 usd . The americans are buying them 6 for $49 online.

Damn that ***** about ADS!! What's with all the canning Canadian orders?? That's BS! I'll have to try Napa, never been but I just searched & there's one a few blocks from my house. Even Megs Canada doesn't show all the products on their web site. Not sure if it would be a hassle for them to get it or what.

There are a lot of forms for them to fill out and he says it's not worth his while. He may make an exception if you talk to him. I found eshine.ca to have what I needed at reasonable prices M80, M83, the porter cable 7336sp, nxt , 21 and 16. Free shipping for 100 order

I know that they have the G100 in Canada, I know a detailing shop in Calgary uses them. Also memeber TrufflePig has one from Meguiar's Canada.

oh yeah, if you live close enough to the boarder why don't you ship to one of those warehouses. Just remember to print off your receipts and be honest with customs.

Hey,

Just to add to sneek's comments. Keep in mind that NAFTA is in affect. However, with the new G100's and PC's being made in Mexico, though Mexico is part of NAFTA, you still need to check to see how that will affect the duty and taxes coming back into Canada.

Meguiar's used to sell directly to Canada. About 2-3 years ago we starting having some serious issues with shipping. After about a year or more of disappointed customers we decided it was both in our interest and our Canadian customers best interest to not offer the service. The two primary reasons were customs problems and cost. Costs that primarily made our Canadian customers very unhappy. Suffice it to say the customers ordering from us were blindsided by the extra costs of shipping and taxes. Meguiar's has no control over these taxes and although we tried to sufficiently warn customers they were less than thrilled when the shipping carrier showed up and highlighted the extra charges. On top of that we have a Canadian office and technically they should be handling all Canadian sales just like any other country where we have a partner/distributor. As someone mentioned earlier in this thread our Canadian office should be able to handle most of your needs. Please do not hesitate to give them a call or shoot them an email (link below). I deal with Michelle there often and she is awesome! Off the top of my head I know Canadian Tire is a good place to shop for our Classic, Gold Class, and NXT line of products. Lordco and Napa are your best bets for products out of our Professional Mirror Glaze Line.

I think there are only 3 NXT products and 3 Gold Class products there. I used to work there and I was in charge of the "detailing isle". Although the stores are privately owned and some stores have more that others.

Also, there are 4 products that people have to order from the depot. They are: NXT metal polish, Odor eliminator, GC aloe leather cleaner, ' ' conditioner.
