  • Removing wax using a machine

I just got the g100 for Christmas and i was watching the movie and it made me think of a question. Does wax removal using the g100 produce better results than just wipping it off?

I have used both processes and can't really tell you if one looks better than the other. On my DA I have used the microfiber buffing pads and the results are great and definitely easier than rubbing. With the speed of the DA, I would assume that you are getting better results, but then again ask 10 people and you will get 10 different opinions.

I'd say doing it by machine is beneficial just because of the time it saves. You still have to run around the car with a mf to get a few hard to reach areas, but its still very efficient compared to doing it by hand.

I do believe Mr. Miyagi would consider the G-100 cheating when it comes to "wax on, wax off". Around here most would consider it a definite time saver, and a way to quickly apply thin, even coats of wax and remove them as quickly.

IME, I don't think the results are any better, but IME, I know its a lot faster!
