  • Double Checklist

I've got the 83, 80, 8006 pads, and the towel I am assuming is this,

    Supreme Shine Microfiber Towel

Meguiar's incredibly plush Supreme Shine Microfiber towel produces an amazing mirror-like shine on all finishes. The thick, deep dual-sided microfiber pile absorbs 3X more than traditional terry towels for amazing results. The satin safety edging eliminates the possibility of scratching and the towel is pre-washed for maximum absorbency.

Unless that is more of a chamois. I am thinking it is for detailing though, i.e. polisihing.

Yes, the Supreme Shine microfiberTowel is for removing products, like cleaners/polishes, waxes.

The Water Magnet is the microfiber cloth towel for drying.

Awesome, just ordered 2 8006 pads, 32oz 83, 32oz 80, 2-3pks of Microfibers. Figured I will start with a fresh set of stuff to go with the new machine!

The Supreme Shine Micro fiber towels are also machine washable up to 500 times. Just wash them with like material, and don't use any fabric softener or bleach. They are great towels, and I use them all the time!

Thanks Rick as well. So no detergent soap, just water then?

Also nice Camaro, my buddy just finished spending 18 months rebuilding his '67 from the frame up. Did some modern upgrading with a Corvette Z06 suspension and 500HP crate motor. He is having a blower put up top so he has a second hood already cut, electric fuel pump, and chrome steering column with custom gauges. Looks really nice and clean.

            Re: Double Checklist

You might want to consider getting the 9006 pad(s) for applying waxes and/or polishes and if you don't already have the 7006 pad, it's useful for removing waxes and polishes with the micro fiber bonnets........and then some (it goes on and on)

              Re: Double Checklist

Whelan, you can wash the Microfibers in regular detergent, just don't use any fabric softener as that will take away from the towels ability to lift as much material.

Thanks for the kind works regarding the Camaro. My dad and I spend 5 years rebuilding it. It's got a 383 Stroker motor that putting out just over 425HP, nothing too radical. It's a fun street car though.
