  • christmas came...HELP ME USE IT!!!

Happy- Glad this stuff came!!! Like Christmas came early!!!

Confused- I got the PC and megs #83, #80, and #21 to use in my freshly paintd, heavily swirrled black car. I got the edge 2000 pad KIT, with the conditioner/cleaner.

Can you give me suggestions on which pad to use with the #83, #80, and #21? How much of each product do i use? How do i know if its enough/too much? How often, and how, do i clean the pads?

The bottle of m21 was broken, and nearly 1/2 leaked out. Does this stuff have a tendacy to separate, or settle? I'm basically wondering if its safe to use the rest of the bottle. If the stuff doesn't separate quickly, i think i'll be fine using the remaining...If it does, then there is a possibility that only a certain part leaked, leaving higher percentages of other parts...make sence? Can i use it???!!

    thanks guys!

With the PC i also got 3 LC orange pads and XMT fine swirl remover and finish glaze. Is the XMT stuff ****, or is it good to keep around?

      I'm sorry i wasn't more specific.

I have the PC and a new Edge 2000 pad kit.

Any comment on the broken bottle of m21? Use it or toss it?

If you have too much money to throw around, I suggest you tape up the bottle and send it to me. Otherwise, contact who shipped the product or sold the product and get a new bottle out of it. It takes quite a spill to break a Meguiar's bottle.

If it's cracked, I'd consider it trashed. You'd be best off buying a Meguiar's dispenser bottle . They usually cost around $5 or so.

trash the bottle and get a new one to hold the sealant, or trash the sealant too?

you can get one of these for $1.00 over at ADS.

It is what I use for my NXT, #21, #80, and GC car soap.
You left out licking the water off. Oh, wait a minute, that's my cat, not my car. Uh, I mean my cat licks himself dry. I don't lick my cat dry. Or my car. -PC.

Great, i'll look into those for sure..

But is the product trash because it has a small hole? Does m21 stay mixed well, or does it settle differently, quickly?

                    Hey There,

If the remaining product is still inside of the bottle and had no direct ground contact, it is fine. Just be sure to transfer it to a new bottle. I would also try to get a replacement bottle from where you brought the product...doesn't hurt to ask.

                    hope this helps!
