Does anybody know if Meg still makes a 6.5 wool pad. I think they used to but cant find it anywhere. Thanks

Hey,
The last time I asked, the Meguiar's warehouse was out of stock on the 6.5". I will try and find out from Mike if the W-4006 is still available or not.

Thanks for the help. I remember having one but couldnt find it nowhere. Thought I was going crazy since it didnt seem nobody heard of them.

What do you use a wool pad for?

Meguiar's no longer manufactures the 6.5" wool cutting pad. It's possible that some distributors still stock it however.

Typically, wool pads are used for removing sanding marks, or severe paint defects and oxidation. Some detailers prefer to use wool finishing pads over foam.Originally posted by bchivers
