  • brand new newby questions

I just started a small one man detail business, what products do I try first, professional or consumer? And which products, meguiars really has a lot of choices. I do not do show cars, just your average consumer and some for used car lots. Where do I buy, online or at a dealer to get the best bang for my buck. I already have a PC 7424 and some polish and wax from Adams Polishes which I like but their service ***** and these prices online look a lot better. Also I did not see any carpet cleaners for steam cleaners, does Meguiars make any? Thanks for the input.

Check out autodetailingsolutions.com they have good prices and they offer help for detailers such as brochures. As for products check out there "Business Start Up Package". You probably won't need all of it, but it will give you somewhat of a guide. As for carpet cleaner, APC works great. Otherwise there's some new stuff coming out soon. http://meguiarsonline.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16633

Hope that helps. Ask away if you have more questions. Good luck with your new business.

Cool! I know right where that is. I work on the same road (Holmgren Way). But I'm on the south end.

LOL! I used to be able to get tickets all the time, when I worked for a construction company. But I left there and now I don't get tickets anymore...
