  • question about quik wax

i bought it thinking that i could use it like a wax-as-you-dry product but it seams like you actually have to use it like a normal wax(apply, dry, remove).would it be as effective,or even possible,to spray on a wet car and wipe it off along with the water leaving no time to actually dry?reason being i think its finally getting too cold to use my #26 (i applied it this morning and it did NOT want to come off after about 15m)so i wanted something i could use very quik.thanks for your input.

      Re: question about quik wax

I have used it both ways. And since I have many other waxes to use. I use Quik Wax as Wax-As-U-Dry. I just spray on the wet car and wipe off. Need not wait for it to dry. It seems to leave a silky smooth surface. And the protection is there. Just not as so durable as the normal wax only. But since I only have time to wax my car on Sunday. I use Quik wax in between the week. After I wash my car, normally on Wed/Thurs. I've tried other brands of Was-While-Wet type too, but I doesn't feel the smoothness on the surface like Quik wax. Although all does leaves a layer of protetion wax on. Just my personal opinion & feeling though.
