OK both these say to shake before using so do I need to measure an ounce before shaking cause it expands or use after shaking for an ounce.

You always shake products and then use them. In most cases there are not separation problems with our products as our chemists understand the importance of creating formulas that are stable, that said, it's a "Best Practice" in life and in this industry to always shake your products well before using. It should be a normal habit. -

OK thanx Mike shake then measure an ounce although really i have a four ounce small bottle that i have marked in ounces for this.
