Is anyone try the MAKITA BO 6040 2 in 1 rotary ? It can switch to Dual action or work as a rotary. I thought of getting one of this. Need advise. Thanks.

Using the Search function, type in the words,

    BO6040

and read some of the threads/comments it pulls up.

Vincent: I recently purchased the Festool Rotex 150 which is a similar product. I'm extremely happy with the operation of the tool, but it's not as powerful as a rotary only machine.

The Festool is typical German engineering....absolutely gloss smooth operation, finely balanced and a joy to use.

Good to hear about the Festool Rotex 150 because this is what Meguiar's in Bangkok are using at the moment and say it is a pretty good machine. I was trying to do a search but didn't have the model number. Thanks for pointing that out!
