  • DC Polisher after #9

I'm using #9 Swirl Remover using a PC polisher. I plan to use a DC #2 after the #9, then wax it with GC. Since #9 already has a polish, will I be wasting my time using a DC #2 after #9 or will I see visible results using DC #2?

Also, can I apply DC #2 with a PC polisher or do I have to do it by hand?

    Thanks.

Applying a polishing step is always optional. Using a “pure” polish, one that contains no cleaners, will create more of a brilliant high gloss then using just a cleaner/polish like #9. Unfortunately, depending on the age and/or the condition (which includes paint preparation), an optional polishing step may make a big difference or may give you just a little more shine after using a cleaner/polish. However, using a polish is only going to help the paint. It will add enriched oils and shine to the paint so that it looks good time after time. To me, a polishing step is part of my wax regiment no mater what. You may also use the DC# 2 polish with a D.A
